50 Beautiful Children

Nominations are closed…Thank you for sharing your beautiful children with me.  The Child will be announced on Monday, June 14th!

Do you know a Beautiful Child?

As part of Beauty Revived, a photography movement, I am asking for nominations for beautiful children in the Seacoast New Hampshire area to be featured in a national magazine.

The beauty of these children will not be measured by their looks. No, these children will be chosen because of their real beauty, their courage and their countenance. The child chosen through our nomination process will be gifted a free photo session with yours truly and a feature in the Real Beautiful Children’s issue of Beauty Revived magazine.

What is Beauty Revived?

Beauty Revived is a movement that celebrates women and children with real beauty. Photographers donate sessions to these women and children and their stories are featured in their magazine and website: www.beautyrevived.com.

Hundreds of photographers applied to be a part of the Beauty Revived 50 Beautiful Children’s campaign and I was honored to be chosen to find a deserving child to photograph.

“It is my mission in life to capture the everyday lives of children and their families.  In doing so, I have been blessed to witness amazing acts of love and kindness.  In the eyes of a child, you can see the positivity in our futures and they give hope to those in need.  This is why I chose to get involved in Beauty Revived.”

Nominations

I will be accepting nominations from May 30th – June 6th  and will then choose one nomination to donate a photography session to along with other goodies, to be announced. The child chosen will be an example of real beauty and will have shown their beauty by their courage when challenged, their kindness in the face of adversity and their countenance when tried.

“I really want to showcase a child who has overcome struggles in their life and is giving back to the world one day at a time with a smile on their face.  A smile can heal the world.”

-Jennie Bishop, White Wave Photography

More about Beauty Revived

The Mission

The mission of Beauty Revived is to tell the stories of real women and children with real beauty. Photographers donate one session to a deserving woman or child who shows attributes of kindness, courage and strength. These sessions are featured on the Beauty Revived website. Beauty Revived was established in 2014 and has held 15 national campaigns, has a network of 1500 photographers and has told the stories of 800 women in print in 15 magazines published.

Beauty Revived was started four ago as a way for photographers to use their lens for good and shine light on the real beauty that was happening in our communities. In the last year and a half, more than 800 women, girls and children have been featured on their website and magazine.

“As a high school senior photographer, I started Beauty Revived because I saw the power that a photographer has in shaping perception and altering dialogue on beauty,” Michelle Gifford, Beauty Revived founder, said.

“The photographers who participate in our campaigns not only have great technical and artistic talent but also have big hearts and a desire to be more than just a picture taker. They want to be a photographer who changes the world with their work,” Gifford said.
