The cold has me longing for warm snuggles from new babies today and I am looking forward to meeting many new babies in 2017. Last fall, I got the pleasure to know the Vernon Family who run Vernon Family Farm. They were gracious enough to let me photograph my clients at their farm throughout the fall and I fell in love with their girls (at the time they did not know #3 was going to be a girl too).
When baby Pingree arrived I knew I just had to photograph her and her sisters. Daddy is in trouble with these three…they are GORGEOUS! Lock the doors Jeremiah! We had such a fun afternoon together dancing, singing, playing in the puddles and snuggling with their new baby sister.
Magnolia and Indigo were so happy to share their baby sister with me and were SO good at helping me get her to sleep (AND stayed quiet so she didn’t wake up). Indigo has a new role of big sister and once she warmed up to my camera she was a complete HAM!
Magnolia wanted to be silly and that was fine by me! She showed me her baby dolls, the berry bushes, snuggled with her baby sister and we danced in the living room while mommy fed Pingree.
Vernon Family Farm is a fully operational farm with pigs and chickens; hayrides and a farm store where you can purchase fresh produce, meats and dried flowers. They host a number of fun family events each year including Fire & Ice. Next month they will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt that is sure to be a blast. Nicole and Jeremiah are a great addition to the Newfields community and I am so happy to be able to call them neighbors. Be sure to stop by the farm stand today!
